Job Description
Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Measuring out ingredients according to recipes
Portion, chop, and store food
Prepare and cook dishes to specific recipes and standards
Maintain and ensure kitchen is organized and sanitized
Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
Monitor inventory and order new food and supplies as necessary
Requirements
Relevant experience as a Cook
Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
