Job Descriptions:

• Attend to all customers' call in/walk in/online Ads enquiries and appointments

•Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone

•Maintain customer databases and update customer information as necessary

• Fixing, rescheduling and reminders on customer appointments

• Perform invoicing and cashiering duties (payment/daily settlement)

• Reports data entry & consolidation for submission

•Document and track customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer service oriented

• Team Player with Positive Attitude

• Preferably with experience

•Reply customers whatsapp and phone call

• Bring customers to treatment room

Work hours:

* Weekday 11am-9pm ;

Weekends and PH 10am-7pm

*6 Off days per month

Summary of role requirements:

• Looking for candidates available to work full time
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected salary: $3200 - $5000 per month
