Delivery Operations Supervisor

📍 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

⏰ 6.30am-4.30pm

📆 Every 4days work, 1day off cycle

💰 Up to $4,500 per month

Objective:

To responsible in all delivery planning of drivers' route and scheduling of "off-day/ leaves on monthly basis and to ensure smooth delivery in day-to-day operation has meet the delivery plan and schedules.

Job Scope:

• Supervise, train, mentor and motivate a team of delivery drivers and assistants.
• Planning drivers' delivery route and Delivery Assistants on their monthly duties roster.
• To cover main drivers' delivery route and/ or on stand-by duties for other deliveries.
• Responsible to arrange for substitution of drivers who is on leaves and on MC and re-arrange/ deployment of delivery.
• Record all vehicle servicing report, inspection, cleaning/ washing under your supervision.
• Submitting drivers' daily sign-in/ out report sheet/ OTs to HR and other miscellaneous adminstration work.
• Arrange driver for Company's special delivery.
• Help Company to reduce and control drivers' overtime.
• Ensure all drivers completed daily delivery and return vehicles before leaving the Company.
• Investigate and resolve delivery related complaints and discrepancies promptly and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Class 3 Driving license with clean driving record.
• Require to work on both weekends and PH.
• Must be physically fit as work may involve in some physical activity such as inpsecting vehicles or assisting with loading and unloading of goods.
• Able to converse in Mandarin (as most of the drivers and assistants are chinese-speaking).
