Finance Manager

Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements related to financial reporting.

Advise colleagues and executive management on financial matters and provide recommendations for sound decision-making.

Review financial reports and forecasts to support the company’s short-term needs and long-term goals.

Oversee full set of accounts, including monitoring all accounting functions and providing timely financial reports to management.

Manage and coordinate external audits and tax matters; liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.

Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting accurate reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the company’s financial health.

Good understanding of business loan applications, industry rules, and banking requirements; experience dealing with banks is required.

Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to other business stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

Other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong exposure to audit, tax matters, and banking transactions.

Proven experience in monitoring full set of accounts and reporting to senior management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking management.
