Full/ Part-Time Trainee Assistant Baker (Cake Deco Department)

📌 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay / Lakeside MRT station)

📆 Every 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle (Inclusive of Weekends & Public Holidays)

Full-Time:

• Working Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm (overtime as needed)
• Salary: Gross salary up to $2,400/month (Basic + Allowances + OT pay)

Part-Time:

• Working Hours: 7:00am-2:00pm / 9:00am-4:00pm (overtime as needed)
• Salary: Up to $11/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and inspect ingredients for cake decorations.
• Follow recipes and design guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Fill cakes witih precise amount of creams and fruits (ensuring even layers and proper alignments).
• Pack finished cakes into boxes for deliveries.
• Maintain food storage and preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, tools and machines according the SOPs.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Passion for cake decoration with a willingness to learn.
• Physically fit - Must be able to stand for long hours and heavy lifting as needed.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment - Works efficiently under pressure.
• Must adhere to the shift schedule - Willing to follow the 4 days' work, 1 day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & PH).
