IT Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Manager in providing general 1st and 2nd level support to internally to all outlets and employees and externally if required, with customers and vendors
• Assist in the setting up, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting / resolving technical issues, network, as well as hardware systems and software applications; including but not limited to printers, servers, routers, computers, laptops, smartphones, smart devices, phone system etc.
• Responsible for system accounts administration, ensuring proper and accurate recording of IT hardware assets, purchases and distribution
• Support the IT Manager in the installation and maintenance of various IT peripherals, as well as installation of required / relevant updates and patches
• Support the IT Manager in ensuring proper security system measures are in place and maintained to protect data accuracy
• Assist the IT Manager in various on-going tasks e.g., checking and proofreading of content, data entry, database maintenance, printers etc.
• Assist in the maintenance and configuration of network devices e.g., access points, wireless controller, and firewall
• Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce team to match visual design intent and e-commerce goals
• Any other skill development or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor
