👨‍🍳 Hiring Full-Time Kitchen Crew
Serving comforting Hong Kong-style scrambled egg rice

📍 Location: Central (specific outlet to be confirmed during interview)
📆 Work Schedule: 6-day work week, rotating off days
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 am10:00 pm10:30 pm9:30 am1.5-hour / 9:30am to 10:00pm / 10:30pm
⏱️ Includes a 1 to 1.5 hours break daily

💼 Job Scope:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Hong Kong-style rice, noodles, and side dishes
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety practices in accordance with SFA guidelines
• Support the kitchen team with mise en place and daily prep
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Follow instructions from the Second-in-Command or Head Cook

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,600/month
• OT Payable: Estimated $1,000 – $1,200/month (subject to actual rostered hours)
• Annual Leave: 14 days (increases by 1 day per year of service, capped at 30 days)
• Medical Benefits: Up to $400 per calendar year

✅ Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant F&B kitchen experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to commit to weekends and public holidays
