Management Consulting Manager

• The FICA functional delivery lead is responsible for the successful delivery of functional design, test and roll out/deployment of the FICA functional track.
• You will be expected to plan, lead and drive all aspects of a project or program: from design, workshop planning, functional testing, SIT & UAT, Performance Test, Batch Test, Parallel Run, Deployment and post-go-live-support.
• Superior client management skills are required to manage large group of stakeholder and drive to an outcome that is within scope and reduces delivery risk to Accenture.
• Connecting with our clients, you will define scope and plan for an implementation.
• Using your in-depth SAP IS-U FICA knowledge of existing Singpower customisation expertise especially in EBS
• You will coach and manage your team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients’ requirements as well as plan and budget.
• You are to be overall functional lead to help gel teams, consolidate impact assessment, work plan delivery consistency across other tracks

- Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 10years + Hands on System Implementation Experience
• Techno/Functional Expert SAP IS-U Sub-Modules FICA, Billing, FICA, and CS Customer App
• Expert SAP FICO integration and interface design
• Expert in business process design and translating this to application functional design,
• Ability to define and document integration test scenarios
• Lead and manage a team of 7-12 SAP FI-CA analysts and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success and team development.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues, troubleshooting system problems, and providing timely resolution to minimize impact on operations.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver solutions that drive business value.
• Strong Stakeholder Management is key
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including FICO integration with external systems, and experience optimizing system performance within the S/4 HANA landscape
• Experience with SAP Fiori usability standards and principles preferred.
• Good presentation skills including the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to the client.
• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
