MIDNIGHT SHIFT TRAINEE BAKER (SANDWICH DEPARTMENT)

📍 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

⏰ 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Overtime as needed) Training Period: New employees start at 7:00 AM.

📆 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle

💲 Gross salary up to $2,500/month (Including allowances & OT pay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and prepare ingredients (e.g., vegetables) following recipes and production schedules.
• Cook ingredients to required temperatures, adhering to food safety standards and proper cooking techniques.
• Assemble sandwiches accurately, maintaining portion control, recipe consistency, and presentation standards.
• Ensure every sandwiches meets visual appeal and portion standards.
• Properly wrap, seal and label products for freshness compliance.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation; clean equipment and surfaces before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow proper waste disposal protocols to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently with production team members to meet daily output goals.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• No prior experience required - training will be provided
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg), and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
• Able to work 3:00 AM / 4:00 AM shifts, weekends and PH.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
