Key Requirement

As MRO SME, the resource need to conduct the workshop for Global Blueprint

To Finalize the Business process documents and obtain the sign-off

To work with onshore team to support the Integration test and User Acceptance test cycles.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes, systems, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Conduct data analysis and generate reports.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.

Support project management and testing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
