Project Management Manager/Associate Director

Assist to run project by monitoring deliverables in accordance to timeline, manage resources and staffing, manage financials and budgeting, drive engagement with client, identify risk and issues within the project, help to develop regular reports to the steering committee. Developing and implementing project management methodologies, templates, and tools. Ensuring consistency in project execution across the organization. Providing training and support to project teams on project management best practices.
