Retail Supervisor | Ladies Lingerie & Athleisure Brand

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor to join our athleisure and lingerie brand. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

Job Description:
• Manage and motivate sales team to achieve store goals and KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in mid to-high-end apparel brands
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for athleisure and lingerie products with knowledge of current fashion trends

Job Details:
• Working location: Raffles City
• Salary Range: Basic $3000 to $3500 + Sales Commissions
• Working Hours: 5 days/ week (Including weekends & PH), shifts between 9am - 10pm
* Please note that this is a 1-year contract position, renewable.
