Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Support & Integration Specialist to be based in Singapore, supporting our Swiss Private Banking client in the stabilization and optimization of its TPH implementation.

This individual will serve as the on-site L2/L3 SPOC for all Production and UAT-related issues tied to the Swiss payment landscape. The role includes direct collaboration with the business and technology stakeholders in Switzerland (e.g., BJB), technical coordination with L3 support teams in Chennai, and issue tracking/escalation with Temenos.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Handling real-time Production and UAT incidents, providing initial triage, driving investigations, and leading root cause resolution.

- Maintaining and enhancing routing logic and clearing configurations in Temenos TPH.

- Supporting and advising the offshore L3 team on issue replication, log analysis, and patch deployment.

- Coordinating with Operations, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to align resolution priorities and minimize payment disruptions.

- Preparing support documentation, knowledge articles, and improvement proposals based on recurring issues and performance metrics.

- Acting as the local subject matter expert for Temenos TPH and payment processing flows, bridging knowledge gaps across teams.

This is a critical long-term role requiring not just technical depth but also strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work across time zones and cultural boundaries.

1. Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) – Configuration, Routing & Integration

Deep hands-on experience in TPH payment flows, including clearing formats (SWIFT MT/MX, SIC/eSIC, SEPA), message enrichment, and channel routing logic.

2. Production & UAT Incident Management (L2/L3 Support)

Strong ability to analyze and resolve incidents in complex Temenos payment ecosystems. Ownership of end-to-end triage, root cause identification, and coordination with L3 and vendor teams

3. Stakeholder Coordination Across Geographies

Skills which are good to have / optional

1. Temenos Transact (T24) Functional Knowledge

Understanding of T24 modules and their integration with Payments Hub, particularly around Account, Funds Checking, and Limit Management.

2. SWIFT ISO 20022 & Correspondent Banking Flows

Familiarity with cross-border payment routing, FX handling, and message transformations specific to correspondent banking and compliance.

3. Experience with Monitoring & Logging Tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana)

Ability to self-sufficiently perform log-based analysis to support RCA and defect isolation.
