Tech Delivery Lead (Health & Public Services)

We are seeking an experienced Tech Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.

Critical Success Factors:

• Prior experience in Public Services
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects or services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
