APM has unique designs for their accessories, and the store associate Winnie is very friendly, helpful, and stylish! I'm always attracted by what she wears and often end up buying the same piece! I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

It was my first time at APM, and I left feeling super impressed. They offered great quality and versatile designs. The customer experience was surprisingly exclusive, too. I especially want to commend Danielle's service, as it was fabulous! I've never been so comfortable shopping with a sales associate in my life. I tried on plenty of styles, and she was very patient, not pushy, and clearly knowledgeable about the brand and materials. I bought two pieces and would come back just to shop with her again!

They provided us really good service. We were served by a staff member named Jean, and she gave us suggestions when we had difficulties in making decisions and very patiently helped us with the design we wanted to try on. However, my partner found that he wasn't used to the ring size and wanted to make an exchange after around a week. He went to make an exchange and was served by another staff member named Musha. She was nice and friendly and gave him lots of help even though he just needed a simple exchange. We were really happy with their service and had a very satisfying experience.

Winnie and Malvis are very warm-hearted and very helpful! They helped me to pick out what I wanted and were very patient with me. I spent about 1 hour here, but they were still very patient with me! In total, I got 6 pieces there for Chinese New Year! I hope everyone can come and try it – it's an excellent shopping experience!
