Customer service needs to be improved. One of their staff members tending to my issue was very impatient in her tone and full of sarcasm.

Very bad app partnership with Chubb Insurance to scam customers with auto opt-in button functions. I already gave feedback to them for cancellation, and I had to pay service fees. Another scam tactic from AXS to drive revenue.

AXS may cause a mess when tallying finances and bills because the messages you wrote in the column intended to appear on your bank statement do not appear. You may not remember what you've paid and what you haven't paid! This is after they reformatted their app and online mode. They were so fine before the reformat. Now, they are not as user-friendly to me, in my opinion.

Would the AXS management team bother to read our feedback for improvement? Below is my recent, very bad experience: I made a payment on an AXS machine to pay my credit card bill on November 25th, 2022, at 11:30 PM. I didn't get a printout from the AXS machine, but I checked my bank account and confirmed the deduction was made. So, I raised a query with AXS just to inform them about this. On November 28th, AXS told me they would check whether my transaction had gone through (they didn't even know when the transaction failed?). On November 29th, I called AXS to ask for an update and was told there was a problem with their software on November 25th, and they discovered my transaction did not go through. AXS had deducted the amount from my bank but failed to pay my credit card on time. They didn't even know the transaction failed until I called them. Now, instead of rectifying it and putting through this transaction to pay my credit card bill, they told me they could only refund me. I was left on my own to pay my bill all over again. I don't know how long AXS will take to refund me. I now have to make a second payment to the credit card company while AXS is still holding my money. AXS did not rectify my payment issue caused by their machine failure. AXS deducted my funds but failed to fulfill their basic function.

Very easy to make payments.

Convenient to access 24/7, anytime. I can pay bills, stamp duty, or even prepaid top-ups without going to 7-Eleven.

The AXS machine is located on the basement floor, near the ATMs. It's right by the exit of Jason's Marketplace, if you need a point of reference. It's quite publicly located, rather than being hidden in a corner, so be patient.
