Always happy with the results Browhaus provides. Sabrina was very kind to find a booking slot 1 day before I needed to fly off. Anu was very professional and did my brows quickly and as requested. Overall, I am happy as always with the service.

When you're a package holder here, you can go to any of the brand's outlets, but I particularly like Raffles City! Amanda did an amazingly quick (read: painless) thread & tweeze on my brows and threading for my upper lip. I was also very well taken care of by Nadiah at the front desk. Thanks for remembering my birthday month too.

Pleasant experience. Welcome tea was offered upon arrival at the studio. The service staff was detailed in explaining my brow structure and her recommendations. The only downside was that the area lacked privacy; people walking by could see everything.

Love Luna's work. No pain at all. Great skill in eyebrow shaping, and very patient in explaining. Love the results and will never go anywhere else. This is the place I'll come!

Browhaus Raffles City has superb services, from Sabrina at reception to Li Yan, a masterful therapist for my brow resurrection. I had some technical issues with payment and Sabrina went above and beyond to help resolve them. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m honestly hesitant to write this because I don’t want to make it harder to book my next appointment—but credit where it’s due: Coala is arguably one of the best brow therapists I’ve had over the years with Browhaus. She’s incredibly gentle, very meticulous, and has this calming presence that makes the whole experience feel more spa, less ouch. My brows have never looked more on point. Just don’t all go booking her at once, okay?
