Went all the way there but was not able to find a small-sized spectacle frame for my extremely high myopia. Shi Ling and Muru were extremely helpful in finding an alternative to source a suitable frame from another source. Thank you for spending almost half an hour to help. 🙏...

My mom nearly broke the frame of her glasses, and it was on the verge of falling apart. The kind staff at Capitol Optical helped repair it speedily and saved it from its dangerous state, all without charge. We are very grateful to have encountered this store during our trip to Singapore <3

I would like to compliment Ms. Pang Sze Wei on the wonderful experience I had. I purchased a pair of Polaroid sunglasses a few weeks ago when I was in Singapore. She was patiently sharing and giving me tips on which frame looked best. I would recommend friends to swing by this branch at Raffles City for a warm and friendly experience. You will walk out satisfied, with a new pair of glasses. 💕

Very happy with my new sunglasses! I felt welcome and comfortable trying on different styles of shades. Steve was very helpful and made recommendations for me based on different criteria.
