Works for foreign Mastercards. It's very good for getting money because foreigners usually have to pay cash.

Here's the edited review: "This is a standard Citibank ATM. Given that you don't get a lot of Citibank ATMs around the island, it makes this one super convenient and accessible. It's under the escalator, closer to the exit of Jason's Marketplace, right next to all the other ATMs."
