I was at Raffles City Mall and wanted to have a haircut. I happened to see this salon in the mall, so I tried it out. I was attended by Stylist Keith. He is very amicable, and I was relieved that there was no sales pushing. He also gave much hair advice, even though it was my first time here. Thank you, Keith.

This is my third time getting my hair cut at Hair By Billie's. I had my hair cut by three inches, including a wash, blow-dry, and style, which took an hour. Zach, the hairstylist, was approachable and friendly, explaining what general products would be better for my hair condition. Overall, it was a good experience!

Billie and her team are wonderful. This was my first time at this salon, and I had a great experience. Both my daughter and I had our hair cut and blow dried. We both have curly hair. It was wonderful to have hair stylists who understood how to cut and style our hair so well.

Flew in from Australia, and they fit us in for a wash and blow dry at 7pm without a fuss in the world. We will absolutely be back.

Walked in for my daughter's wash and cut. Hairstylists were transparent with pricing and friendly! They also dished out advice on how to take care of your hair without any hard-selling of their products. It was also one of the rare times I walk out of a salon loving my haircut. I've been coming to Hair by Billie. Zach, my regular stylist, always understands what I want; as he cuts my hair, he checks if I want to trim more and recommends whether to go shorter or not. The end result has always been satisfying. It's my go-to place for a haircut because Zach and his team are very friendly, and the place is very neat and clean.

I simply love the cuts & styling by Zach. He never fails to make me happy with his cuts. He has an eye for perfection and knows how to manage my unruly hair. In addition, if he knows you're getting a lot of treatments, he will try not to overbook his appointments to ensure that he gives you his fullest attention. After all, a person’s hair is their crowning glory, and it’s important to ensure their customers look their best. I always feel like I am with my family when I visit Hair by Billie, as Zach and Billie both know me and make me feel at home when I visit them.
