You get dishonest staff with hard-sell technique and horrendous after-sales service from the store manager, who is arrogant, rude, and excels in twisting her words.

Terrible return policy. They ask for an NRIC number and ask you to fill out a form just to make a return. Also, they say a refund will take 2 months. I’ve never heard this from any store. Refunds are seamless and take a minute.
