It’s been a while since I patronized Mango’s physical shop, so I went down to try a blazer as I saw the size I wanted was available there. The lady whom I approached, Michelle, immediately knew what I wanted and checked the stock and brought me the jacket. Although I eventually didn’t get the blazer and bought other items, I would like to give a special shoutout to the lovely Michelle. Her patience and soft demeanor are really appealing and made my shopping trip so worth it. Thank you, Michelle! Shine on!

I visited Mango at Raffles City yesterday and saw two sweatshirts I wanted to get for my husband, but couldn’t find the right sizes. Michelle came over and offered her help. She was incredibly friendly and proactive in checking sizes for me. Thanks to her assistance, I managed to purchase both pieces in the end. I’ve visited many boutiques, but it’s rare to come across someone as genuinely helpful and warm as her. Truly great customer service. Thank you, Michelle!
