Well-appointed store, not crowded. It seems to have a good selection, although the total number of locations in Singapore has decreased.
It was interesting to see a vehicle mock-up to showcase how progressive lenses work, especially when driving.

To be honest, the only reason I came here was for the One Piece collaboration glasses. Shermaine was extremely helpful and attentive to my friend's and my needs, discussing the different models and styles. After getting our eyes checked, she walked us through everything, including how the prices were broken down. All in all, it was a great experience shopping at Optical 88, thanks to Shermaine. We walked by and asked David if he could help fix the bent arm of my friend's eyeglasses frame, which was quite badly deformed due to an accidental bump by a stranger.
He is so prompt, helpful, and very skillful, fixing it back to its original form nearly perfectly.
