June 20: Even with an appointment, there was quite a wait (20 minutes). They could have better managed their time slots. Another customer faced the same issue. She threw a tantrum, but I did not.
I requested a receipt from the cashier, but she suggested using my cell phone to snap a picture instead of issuing one. The website claimed they will not hard-sell... really?! Ha!!

Their promo trial is definitely worth a shot ($89).
I managed to book a slot on the same day I saw the ad.
The ambience is really a plus. However, the session didn't include a facial massage, which would have been better if included. Overall, it was still a wonderful experience. Really nice concept!

One of the best facial spas, and my first experience in a luxury salted room in Singapore.
My therapist Eyan Teo was detailed and professional, ensuring an effective care regime for my face while explaining the full benefits of a salted room environment: normalizing the pH level of my skin, promoting the repair of skin cells, and boosting regeneration, detoxification, and antioxidant protection against free radicals.
Overall rating: 9.3/10 (one of my highest ratings on Google and my highest given to a facial salon outlet). The spa is located at Raffles City in Singapore.

I've had several treatments with Chloe. She’s very friendly and helpful in explaining the types of products I should use. My skin has visibly improved as I previously suffered from acne breakouts. I will definitely continue my treatment here.

They offered a fantastic deal for a facial: $60 in the salt room. My therapist, Claudia, was fantastic. She had a great personality and did a wonderful and thorough job! The only reason it wasn't 5-star was because they try to get you to buy a package (which was very expensive, but I am sure the quality is fantastic) and don't offer at-home skincare products. I was looking for something for home and salon use. Great for a first-time experience. Highly recommend!

The environment is very nice, and Joyce, who does my facials, is very gentle and gives good feedback on my skin condition. I always enjoy my facials and often fall asleep during the session 🤭…

Came across their promotion on FB, and since UOB Lady's Card had a special birthday promotion, I decided to give myself a treat.
Sad to say, the entire experience fell way below expectation (all hype and no substance). Not sure if it was because I wasn't paying full price, but I felt a little shortchanged as my facial was quite underwhelming: my face was not cleaned thoroughly (my lipstick was still intact after my facial!), extraction was very painful (I have been going for regular facials for the last 30 years, mind you), and the sales pitch was almost immediate (they didn't even bother to ask my opinion about the facial). I received an SMS the day after. I responded and gave some feedback, but I guess they were not keen to improve as I didn't get any call back. Needless to say, I will not be going back and will not be recommending this place.

I had my first ever bacial with therapist Eyan. She had great technique and talked through the procedure step-by-step. It's a really unique service offering at Pablo Blau, and the facility is very clean and comfortable. Great intro promotion from Amex!
