If you're looking for a place where you can buy your favorite chocolate for your cravings, this is a perfect place for you. From their staff and products, it was worth it.

The chocolates are great, but the staff member at Raffles City is not as helpful as the one at ION. I wouldn't buy from Raffles City anymore. She doesn't even smile. I usually buy about $80 worth of chocolates for friends.

Sales staff are daunting. Young part-timers are trying, but the supervisor IS rather crude. Maybe she has a bad morning today. Luckily, the chocolates make up for it.

Brand is premium as usual, but staff were extremely unfriendly and disengaged. I went to the counter to pay, and the cashier was very cold, gave one-worded responses, and was quick to get rid of us so she could go back to whatever she was doing. I think service is important, and it was definitely not a positive experience.

We just love the champagne Nama Chocolate. It was half gone before we went home. The nutty bar Chocolate is another great choice for me.
