Booked a facial for my mom for her birthday. She felt some pain on her cheekbones after the facial, and when she gave her feedback, the response was that it was because the toxins were coming out of her body. This was not quite professional in my view, and certainly not the birthday experience I was hoping she could have had.

What a pampering experience! It was so relaxing. My therapist, Anne, patiently explained the various steps and products used throughout, and recommended the facial my skin needed. Everyone was friendly yet professional. The bed and blanket were super comfy, with goose feathers and a bed warmer. A bolster was offered as well! It was such a luxurious facial. Warm tea was offered before and after the facial in their lounge, with biscuits provided. Thank you to the team at the boutique today (sorry I didn't catch your names!) 🙂

My third time here, and each time I have tried a different facial with different therapists. My facial on February 15, 2025, was really good. MeiXian is very skilled. I could see results instantly, and her massage technique was amazing. I felt really relaxed.

I've never felt pressured to buy packages, and the treatment menu is extensive to cater to all my needs. Kerine is by far my favorite therapist in recent years.
