Love!! Friendly owner. They have new items weekly, and all are really up-to-date styles. You can get special discounts as a member or if you watch their IG live. They also have a website now, so it's more convenient.

The dresses are super expensive—$180 onwards—and, worse yet, the quality is very poor. The back zip of one dress I paid $220 for keeps getting ripped when I wore it out. I complained, and they replaced the zip, but the same issue happened. That zip they use is just low-quality stuff, and I have to find my own tailor to resolve the issue. Ladies, please beware and don’t get caught in such situations with their dresses; it’s embarrassing 🤦🏼‍♀️ ***** Wow, after I gave a one-star review, 3 fake 5-star reviews were posted on the same day when no one had posted in a year. Seriously, have some tact even when trying to fake it; it’s so silly.

Went to SLady for a dress, and they had to order it since they didn't have my size in store. When I ordered it, I was told it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by. No communication. I messaged them after 3 weeks asking where the dress was. They said they would reach out to the sender. Again, they didn't message me or communicate anything. I kept reaching out to them, and after 4 weeks, I notified them that I needed to pick up the dress as I had a deadline. They stated it was coming that week. After over a month of waiting, I told them I needed it; I couldn't wait any longer. They said they would reach out to the sender. They told me it was only being sent that day and would be in the next week. After a month, they told me that dresses take 3-4 weeks to arrive. But it had already been 4 weeks, and still no dress! They had told me 2 weeks originally when I ordered it! They didn't communicate well; they lied to me multiple times and led me to believe it was coming. Very disappointed by their deceitful behavior.
