I've been a customer here for years, and I keep coming back. It's a small, cozy space with a friendly therapist. Prices are pretty affordable, considering the premium location. They're not pushy with their products and services, and I'm always comfortable to say no to any services I don't need. They often have good promotions that I always enjoy! Nicole is very accommodating and always accepts my last-minute appointment requests! Also, it's the cheapest wax package in town! Honestly!

Went for Brazilian waxing today, and an older woman came and did it for me. The wax was hot, and many times I voiced my concerns to her, but her only response was 'ok'. At the end of the session, when she applied that so-called serum (it wasn't actually a serum), it started to feel painful, and I felt a burning sensation in the waxed area. It turned out that the hot wax had burned some parts of my skin, which is why it was so painful. When I went out to sign the paperwork, the technician responsible for this went into hiding! It's not worth paying for inexperienced staff who cannot even listen to clients when we give feedback about the temperature of the wax. 24 June 2025 at 3.27pm

Wonderful waxing experience. I was even able to make a booking for the same afternoon. Caris is experienced, friendly, and professional and does a great job on legs and Brazilians. I've found a new waxing spa for when I'm in Singapore! Thank you!

Staff were welcoming and replied to my queries without hard-selling. A same-day appointment was made for me, and the prices are low (does not include crack). My aesthetician was professional and swift as well. Overall, a great experience and value!
