Regular Starbucks with ample food selection, even in the late evening on a Friday. It's crowded and hard to find space. After the relocation from Level 1, the space is much smaller and not as fun to go to compared to the previous, more accessible location. Overall, still a good place for a drink and some finger food and desserts.

A very popular Starbucks outlet. It is always crowded, hence a bit challenging to get a seat. Since the food and drink menu is the same as other outlets, the differences will be down to the service rendered by the staff and the cleanliness of the outlet. The store was kept neat and tidy. The merchandise was well arranged. The staff was polite and courteous too. Great experience at this outlet.

This place is located in a quieter corner on level 2. The drinks seem to be more milk than coffee these days. The cups are large, but the coffee-to-milk ratio could be improved. The service counter staff seems impatient with older customers when they ask about apps and payment. It feels like they’re rushing to get to the next customer. In contrast, other establishments I've visited have been very patient and informative about their membership, benefits, and how to use them.

I get a decent cappuccino fix here on quiet weekday mornings and sometimes hold casual meetings here, though I know the dining decibels can become quite distracting. But, barring the noise level, lack of natural light, and the peak-hour difficulty of scoring a seat, this Starbucks still rates highly in my book for its exceptionally friendly and upbeat service at the counter. So, yeah, the food is sadly mediocre, but the positive vibes are pretty consistent.
