This place is amazing!! I have been a customer for years and come here for beauty services, including eyebrow services, mani & pedi, and laser hair removal. They are very efficient and plan it so seamlessly that I get to do all of these with the least time wasted. Very good for busy mums! They are very skillful and are always bringing in new technology and services for their customers. For example, I recently tried pro removal for my eyebrows to help lighten them for a more natural look. I also had an ingrown toenail treatment done during a pedicure there, and Christine managed to help me correct my ingrown toenails, which I have had for many years! Highly recommend! I always leave this place feeling pretty! ☺️

I was a walk-in customer for gel manicure services. I would commend the salon for its service recovery. A lady was assigned to help me with my nails, but when I asked for “squoval” nails, she apparently did not understand and filed my nails into rounds instead. This was not what I wanted, so I was quite upset. The service recovery was immediate. While I could no longer get my squoval nails to the desired length, another staff member was able to rectify the situation quickly.
Overall, I am satisfied, though the situation could have been entirely avoided if it had been made known to me that the initial service staff member was Vietnamese with limited English and Chinese speaking abilities. Her badge reflected, “I can’t speak,” but she started conversing with me once I sat down to find out what nail shape I wanted, which was confusing. Alternate arrangements could have also been made for customers to communicate their requests to this lady, who is obviously up to the task but lacks the necessary communication skills. Anyway, the other staff member taught me to request “square nails with rounded corners” for my squoval nails in the future.

I did both **manicure** and pedicure. The services **were** OK, but the extra $35 for the deep **French** was definitely not worth it. The pattern is so uneven, it would have **looked** better with a full color.

The salon was very aesthetically pleasing, and even though my friends and I were late, they remained polite, nice, and accommodating! Prices were also rather affordable and similar to market rate. I really appreciate their service and will definitely patronize again.

I've had the pleasure of enjoying pedicures with therapist Yen on several occasions. She is impressively quick and meticulous in her work, ensuring a truly satisfying experience. Each session feels like a rejuvenating spa treatment, especially after a long week at work. My feet always feel pampered and refreshed under her care!

I had a touch-up for my misty brow eyebrow embroidery. The place was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Numbing cream was applied before the touch-up! For those with lower pain tolerance, be sure to let the beautician know!
