To my surprise, Watson's shop was much bigger than it looked from outside and had a lot of options and variety of products. I visited to buy Keto food products. They sell "Ben Banter" Keto products, but not all products are available. I found Keto Bar, crisps, etc.

The Malay part-time girl in hijab was very friendly and nice. Not sure about her name. The transaction was fast and smooth.

There are Watsons everywhere you go here in SG. They have toiletries, first aid medicines, and even makeup. My partner always drops by the Watsons store a few blocks away from our office. She is also looking for the promotions that this store frequently offers.

My favourite pharmacy to pick up toiletries and other essentials. The layout is neat and attractive, but this applies only to the bigger outlets. I like that they often sell travel-size items or have promo prices like 3 for $5. It's good for customers to try out certain products before getting the full-size ones.
My favourite outlets are located at City Hall, Parkway Parade, Jewel@Changi Airport, and Ngee Ann City, as these are the big outlets with a much bigger variety.

On April 4th at 9:40 PM, the young lady in a pink T-shirt at the counter was not friendly when assisting customers at the self-checkout. She spoke in a very irritated tone when asked for help, as she was busy with a troublesome customer at the counter.

How about you stop typing on your computer for 2 minutes, stand up and face your customers to assist them.
This is just basic manners, not something you even have to be taught at university.
We will never step foot in this Pharmacy again!

Time on till receipt was 18:29 hrs [date above]. It was a young guy sitting at his PC behind the pharmacy counter. Surely you can see the transaction on your cameras.

Please remove the label when the deal has expired. Especially deals which are 'exclusive for members'. It’s essential for retailers, as customers will feel cheated if they have to pay a different price at the counter. Thank you.

There are pushy aunties standing at the entrance and following you into the store to scam you into a facial trial at some salon elsewhere (not even related to any product or brand sold at Watsons) and pressure you into signing up for their dubious facial packages.
What a weird and annoying situation to have to deal with when you just want to get your daily necessities.
