Campaign Executive / Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

• Responsible for the booking and management of client specific campaigns ensuring JCDecaux standards are adhered to.
• Responsible for Digital campaigns and using in-house systems to ensure accurate digital ads are being scheduled accurately.
• Overseeing all stages of campaign production, including printed materials by working with appointed supplier.
• Coordinating with internal teams (creative, IT, etc.) and external partners to ensure all campaign placements are accurate in location and timing.
• Managing client bookings, data entry and campaign validation.
• High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting.
• Provides sales administrative support, assist on compilation of sales reports and ensure that reports are submitted on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Self-Starter
• Mastery of Office tools especially in Excel, ie: Pivot.
