Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through calls, online platforms, and in-person interactions to provide assistance and information.
• Schedule appointments using the company’s internal system, ensuring accuracy and prompt follow-up.
• Respond to online and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing customer concerns or directing them appropriately.
• Assist walk-in customers by providing product or service information, helping with forms, or guiding them to the right department (non-sales related).
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive customer experience.
• Record customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements.

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma in any field
• 1-2 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or customer service roles
• Fast learner with a positive working attitude
