Trainee Baker / Kitchen Assistant

🕛 7:00am - 4:00pm (overtime as needed)

📆 6 days work week

💲 Gross salary up to $3,000/month (Basic + Allowances + OT pay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing fillings, sandwiches and other baked goods.
• Support in shaping, filling and assembling variety of breads.
• Contribute to egg-wash, coating, glazing and decorative finishing of pastries and breads.
• Follow recipes and instructions under the guidance of the senior bakers.
• Handle basic kitchen tasks such as weighing ingredients, kneading dough and monitoring baking time.
• Ensure cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen and work areas.
• Help with packaging, labeling and organizing finished bakery products.
• Perform additional kitchen-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Min. 1year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in a bakery field but not madatory.
• Physically fit - Able to stand for long period and lift heavy bags of flours and trays.
• Thrives in a fastpaced, team driven environment - Works efficiently under pressure.
• Must adhere to the shift schedule - Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
