Job Description

Job Responsibilities


Recruitment and On-boarding

  • Determine and use the appropriate sourcing channel (including Jobs Bank, Online recruitment portal and internal applications etc)
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including but not limited to understanding job specifications, posting advertisements, pre-screening of candidate's applications according to specifications, submitting qualified applications to the hiring managers and tracking application progress.
  • Manage end-to-end on-boarding activities including but not limited to accounts creation, IT related email and access, induction packs
  • Administer new hire induction using the new HR platform

HR Operations

  • Provide prompt update and accurate maintenance of employee database and personnel files
  • Support in providing inputs to update HR reports, reporting, internal HR working templates, external statutory/labour market survey.
  • Monitor employees' work pass compliance and subsequent follow up
  • Support in the update of HR policies, processes and procedures

Performance Management

  • Support and review Ops on e-appraisal forms and review periodically
  • Work closely with HODs to ensure the performance management exercises are properly executed and completed on time

Payroll / Admin & Review

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll for Rank and File
  • Execute NS claim, government claim submission eg. Profamily leave etc
  • Support the bi-annual pay review process & benchmark salary structure

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute internal employee engagement activities such as arrange for workshop relating to health and wellness or in relates to work, and corporate staff engagement events.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on relevant input & publish monthly Company Newsletter
  • Responsible for staff engagement initiatives (i.e. Long Service Award, Staff gathering, Staff party)

Learning & Development

  • Support training needs analysis and development of training roadmaps and directories
  • Assist in development and implementation of training programmes for staff and leaders
  • Evaluate and monitor training programs and budgets

Offboarding

  • Coordinate exit process: payroll, employee records, tax clearance, return of asset, refund of deposit etc

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore
  • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act
  • Maturity and ability to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges
  • Flexibility and willingness to be very hands-on in all aspects of the role
  • Prior experience in F&B industry is a must
