Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads following standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Safely operate and monitor baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet taste, texture, and appearance standards.
- Adjust baking times, temperatures, and techniques as needed to achieve perfect results.
- Maintain accurate stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing shortages.
- Precisely measure and handle ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.
- Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene regulations to maintain a clean environment.
Job Requirement:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Baker will be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Keen eye for detail β Ensures precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment β Works efficiently under pressure while collaborating with others.
- Physical stamina required β Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items as needed.
