- Morning: 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm
- Afternoon: 11:00am-10:00pm / 12:00pm-10:00pm (lastest 10:30pm)

š² Gross salary up to $3,800/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule shifts, delegate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and train new staffs on cashiering, product knowledge and hygiene standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customers' feedback / complaints professionally.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations and daily reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders and manage inventory to prevent wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and display of bakery items (breads, cakes, pastries & etc.)
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product appeal.
- Enforce strict food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Report sales data, incidents and operational issues to Management.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Job Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in Retail / F&B, with at least 1 year in a Supervisory role.
- Familiarity with bakery operations is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with adaptability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating under pressure.
- Flexibility availability - Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
