Job Responsibilities:

Schedule shifts, delegate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Supervise and train new staffs on cashiering, product knowledge and hygiene standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customers' feedback / complaints professionally.
Oversee cash handling, POS operations and daily reconciliations.
Monitor stock levels, place orders and manage inventory to prevent wastage.
Ensure proper storage and display of bakery items (breads, cakes, pastries & etc.)
Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product appeal.
Enforce strict food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Report sales data, incidents and operational issues to Management.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

Job Requirements:

SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Min. 2-3 years of experience in Retail / F&B, with at least 1 year in a Supervisory role.
Familiarity with bakery operations is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Team player with adaptability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating under pressure.
Flexibility availability - Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
