QA / QC Assistant

📍 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

⏰ Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm | Sat: 8am-12pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
• Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to Companies and Governments' regulatory standards.
• Assist in monitoring production processes to maintain quality control and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
• Assist in internal/ external regulatory audits.
• Assist with maintaining quality documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system are in place at all times.
• Work closely with production staffs to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Applicant must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology.
• Min. 1-2 years of experience as a QA/ QC role in Food Manufacturing industry would be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking production staffs and associates).
