Sales Associate (Fashion)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner
• Be a store ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
• Work together as a team to achieve monthly store targets
• Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Maintain highest standards of the house to be the best ambassador

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in fashion retail industry (good to have, but it's not a must)
• Passionate for carrier growth within fashion industry
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• FreshGrades / Students who looks for part-time may apply
