As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert:

• Responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement.
• You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role will involve shaping Accenture and client strategy by bringing emerging ideas to life.
• You will utilize your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements to analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes.
• You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
• You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Identify and implement best practices in technology delivery to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower team members and clients with knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in SAP Functional
• Master proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Delivery Excellence, Technological Innovation, and SAP BTP Integration Suite is suggested, along with advanced proficiency in SAP/4 HANA Cloud Platform.
