SUMMARY AND BENEFITS

• Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met

· Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences

· Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests

· Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay

· Be familiar with and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu

· Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies

· Clears and resets counters or tables

· Ensures all glasses are well polished

· Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record

· Standard service duties

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry

· Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes

· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred

· Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays
