The team was transparent from the start; they shared all the treatment details and options with me, and I appreciated that there was no pressure. After understanding what was offered, I decided to top up slightly to try out their treatment, and it turned out to be a great decision. I've now completed 2 sessions with them, and I can confidently say it was a great decision to give them a try. From the very first visit, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the entire team was. The transition was smooth, and the staff made me feel at ease right away.

I had a wonderful experience today with both the beautician Jane and the receptionist Linda. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel very welcome. Jane was incredibly polite and thoughtful throughout the facial. She explained every product and mask she used in detail, without any hard selling at all. I truly appreciated how she respected my choices while also giving helpful advice and recommendations for my skin. The whole experience was pleasant and professional — I’ll definitely be coming back. I was previously a customer of Fabulous Aesthetics before it suddenly closed down. Like many others, I was skeptical when I first heard that 21 Aesthetics would be taking over and allowing us to use some of our remaining credits. After much hesitation, I decided to give it a try, and I’m truly glad I did.
Although only part of my credits could be recovered and used at 21 Aesthetics, my first experience with their 5R Face Treatment was a pleasant surprise. Just one session made a noticeable difference, which gives me confidence to continue with their services.
What stood out most was the team's service. Both Melissa and Cheryl were warm, friendly, attentive, and never pushy. They were sensitive to my needs and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
I also want to acknowledge that in the beginning, I approached the situation with some frustration, which I now regret. After speaking with the staff, I understood that 21 Aesthetics had no obligation to take over our packages, but chose to do so out of goodwill and to raise awareness. That effort deserves to be recognized.

I recently followed my friend to 21 Aesthetics after her previous package with Fabulous was redirected here due to Fabulous closing down. Both of us had been with Fabulous for many years, so we were honestly quite skeptical and unsure about making the switch to a completely new environment. Familiarity and trust matter a lot when it comes to facial treatments, so we had our doubts at first.
However, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the transition turned out to be. What impressed me right away was the proper and detailed skin analysis I received during my consultation. They took the time to understand my skin concerns, especially since I have sensitive skin, and recommended the 5R Derma System.
I decided to give it a try, and I was surprised that the treatment was gentle, comfortable, and most importantly, effective. After the session, I could visibly see a difference in my skin – it was more radiant and smoother. I could tell that this wasn’t just another basic facial; it was customised and targeted to my needs. It honestly exceeded my expectations.
My friend tried Sculptural Lifting Treatment and she was also very happy with the results. We were both attended to by Genevieve and Elaine, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very skillful in their techniques. They were also warm, friendly, and patient in addressing our questions and making sure we were comfortable throughout the session.
