Jensen provided excellent service. I’ve been having issues with dry, lumpy hair, and he shared his expertise on the shampoo and conditioner that best suits me. He also very patiently gave me a demonstration of how best to wash my hair and scalp after using hair waxes to maintain my scalp health.

I had a very pleasant experience at Aesop when I was looking for shower gel, and I would like to especially commend William, who was very patient in letting me try out the various scents and explaining their differences to me. The cherry on top was when he gave me some samples of the facial cleanser and toner when I told him I was looking for facial products. Thank you for the excellent service! It really made my day :)

I’ve visited this store multiple times and consistently have a great experience. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate how they introduce their creations and offer demonstrations, which genuinely helps me make well-informed decisions. I always enjoy my time here and leave happy with my purchases.

Jensen was genuinely so welcoming; he immediately came to my girlfriend and my assistance when we walked in. After I picked out what I wanted, he continued to help us by showing all the other products in the store, recommending fragrances to us based on our personal favourite types of scents, and even giving us a proper hand wash and finger exfoliation. He also recommended face products based on our skin’s sensitivity. I really enjoyed my time with Jensen; he was an excellent sales assistant. I would definitely love to come back and be greeted by him!

We were exploring gifts for our colleague who was leaving the company and visited AESOP Raffles City after having lunch. Yuni (I might have misspelled her name) attended to us as we were walking into the shop. She asked that magical question, "How can I help? Are you looking for something for yourselves or as a gift for someone?" Then, Yuni came up with a practical recommendation, taking into consideration the gift recipient's preferences unknown to us. We were sold by her recommendation. Sim, another staff member who was there, helped Yuni arrange the items in a box and packed it. Great teamwork.
