I entered this outlet to sample a few products that I've been eyeing. The staff member who tended to me was very friendly and helpful when I asked to sample the products. He was patient with me when I took a while to lather, smell, and compare. I also took some time to browse the other products. The overall experience here didn't feel very rushed, as if they wanted me to buy something.
Paying was extra special too. It's an interesting and luxurious touch that the cashiers add a puff of fragrance to the shopping bags before handing them over to you, adding a hint of freshness and fragrance. Truly a great experience.

I went in and was immediately served by a super nice male staff member. He gave me recommendations based on the very little information I had about what I wanted to buy because I wasn't sure. He was very patient and thorough because I am very particular about scents. The whole experience was so great, and he even sprayed perfume on the bag containing the items I bought! It's a shame I forgot to catch his name. The experience was so lovely, and I would definitely be coming back!

Quickly dropped by Aesop to grab a gift. Gideon was very helpful in explaining the products carefully to me. The day before, another lady patiently shared with us the Protector and Advocate series. They even packed the items neatly into scented bags. Good stuff and great service here, but it comes at a higher price.

Aesop used to be located near Lululemon and Sephora but has moved much closer to the entrance connected to the MRT and is now located beside Vivino.
When I first walked in, the staff greeted me with enthusiasm. Raphael was really proactive, friendly, and helpful. I was looking for a tube moisturizer as a gift for a friend, and he recommended two options, even letting me try them on my hand before I made a decision. Tip: Since these moisturizers are given as gifts quite frequently, you can request a wrapped version, which they have on hand.
He also helped me sign up for a membership with Aesop and gave me some samples based on my skin type to try out!
I've received Aesop products as gifts, and they are amazing on their own, but I must say the service by Raphael really elevated my whole experience as a first-time buyer from Aesop! I will definitely be back to buy more Aesop products in the future.

It's a luxurious cosmetic brand from Aussie. The cashier lady is very polite and very kind to us. She made us feel very welcome and very special. Too bad that I don't know her name. We bought a body cleanser and a shampoo. The price is a bit expensive, but it was worth it because I think their quality is great.

Jensen provided excellent service. I’ve been having issues with dry, lumpy hair, and he shared his expertise on the shampoo and conditioner that best suits me. He also very patiently gave me a demonstration of how best to wash my hair and scalp after using hair waxes to maintain my scalp health.

Jensen was genuinely so welcoming; he immediately came to my girlfriend and my assistance when we walked in. After I picked out what I wanted, he continued to help us by showing all the other products in the store, recommending fragrances to us based on our personal favourite types of scents, and even giving us a proper hand wash and finger exfoliation. He also recommended face products based on our skin’s sensitivity. I really enjoyed my time with Jensen; he was an excellent sales assistant. I would definitely love to come back and be greeted by him!

Then, Yuni came up with a practical recommendation, taking into consideration the gift recipient's preferences unknown to us.
We were sold by her recommendation.
Sim, another staff member who was there, helped Yuni arrange the items in a box and packed it. Great teamwork.
