Service is good, patient, and friendly. The staff here know their product, but they don't hard sell.

Very good service from the ladies when I went on Nov 7th (Tuesday) at 7 pm for an 80-minute facial promo through the Fairprice app. The whole facial process was very comfortable!

Very disappointing customer service. I called regarding their 1-for-1 Fave promotion, and the therapist was unsure. She said she would get back to me, but obviously didn't. I had to call them again to follow up on my enquiry. Since I couldn't find another person to utilise this promotion with me, I asked if I could use it on two separate occasions. The second therapist I spoke to replied very outrightly, 'No.' If they could make the decision so easily, I'm not sure why the first therapist couldn't give me the same reply and instead told me to wait for her call. I had also previously walked into their outlet during their opening hours to enquire about their packages, as I was really interested in their facials. Service was very lukewarm. When I went home and checked their Facebook page, I realised they were giving out free samples to customers, no purchase required. But obviously the therapist didn't give any to me when I walked in that day. Guess they just lost a potential customer. Not sure why they have stellar ratings on Google. I won't support them ever.

"I saw my friend's facial results while she was receiving treatment at Astalift, which is why I decided to get my acne treatment here when I had the worst acne breakouts of my life. True enough, my breakouts cleared up and disappeared. I was very happy with the results. I love how they did it using their machines. Although the acne shots were quite painful, the therapist performed the procedure very well and with great patience. She was with me every step of the way and kept asking me if the pain was bearable. I love their services, and the products they recommended work well with my skin type. I highly recommend them, and it's an added bonus if you can take advantage of their promotions. They are worth the highest rating."

Just finished my 10 sessions of 85-minute facials with Astalift and signed up for another package of 10 sessions. Deo is super nice and cheery. I always enjoy her massage and fall asleep soundly. The ambience is nice for a quick nap, and I definitely recommend this place.
