I would give zero stars if there were a choice. If you want to experience the worst service attitude and be insulted throughout your visit to this shop, then this outlet is the one.

I called them to ask about barbell piercings, and they were dismissive. They just told me to come by to have a look, saying they didn't know what I was talking about, even though I had specified "barbell piercings." I said thank you, and they just hung up.

Adult male here. Got my ear pierced and **am** satisfied with the service. Studs were pricey**,** though. Prepare to spend close to $100.

I was quite disappointed; they rushed the process, leaving me with a very obvious, uneven piercing. As it was a little pricey, I was expecting better service. A quick update: I went for the 1-week check-up, and they thought everything was okay, even though my ears were swollen. This ultimately led to one of my ears becoming infected.

Wanted to get my teen daughter her first piercing, and they tried to sell us diamond studs ranging from $300 to $800+. When we asked about surgical stainless steel due to an allergy concern, they said it's just a metal and they don't recommend it. Then what about "SURGICAL" if it's just a metal? Not safe? We felt they were not trustworthy, so we left. We then went to a shop called STELLAR in Bugis Junction, where they gave us very clear info about their products and the safety of piercings. Glad we found the right place for piercing in the end!
