I called them to ask about barbell piercings, and they were dismissive. They just told me to come by to have a look, saying they didn't know what I was talking about, even though I had specified "barbell piercings." I said thank you, and they just hung up.

I was quite disappointed; they rushed the process, leaving me with a very obvious, uneven piercing. As it was a little pricey, I was expecting better service. A quick update: I went for the 1-week check-up, and they thought everything was okay, even though my ears were swollen. This ultimately led to one of my ears becoming infected.

Wanted to get my teen daughter her first piercing, and they tried to sell us diamond studs ranging from $300 to $800+. When we asked about surgical stainless steel due to an allergy concern, they said it's just a metal and they don't recommend it. Then what about "SURGICAL" if it's just a metal? Not safe? We felt they were not trustworthy, so we left. We then went to a shop called STELLAR in Bugis Junction, where they gave us very clear info about their products and the safety of piercings. Glad we found the right place for piercing in the end!

Took my niece for ear piercings today. The sales lady kept pushing $189+ earrings on us, claiming stainless steel options were not good. She kept saying 18k white gold and 14k gold were better. The hard-selling was non-stop. When questioned about how stainless steel earrings could be bad if their own shop was selling them, the sales lady shut up. AVOID this place. Unethical salespeople.

RUBBISH and terrible place. They advised me to get their ear care solution for my helix piercing that has swollen. The ear care solution contains isopropyl alcohol with a chlorhexidine di-acetate mixture, which is too harsh for the helix piercing and will dry it up. If staff are not trained properly, don't give advice. This solution is for lobe piercings only. Shitty experience. I will not patronise ever again.

Had a great experience on Monday - my fresh piercing came out in the pool, and I needed some cleaning and adjustment. Rohiya was very professional, caring, and efficient. She cleaned the wound, gave some advice to this first-time wearer, and made sure the piercing would not slip out again.

Took a leap of faith after seeing the weak feedback for the branch at Raffles City, and I was so pleased to have Liz attend to me. Very reassuring and incredibly rapid. Quick with recommendations. Practical regarding cost as well. I was in and out in 10 minutes. My piercing was done. 👏🏻

I just had my tragus and flat pierced here, and I had a wonderful time with Rohaiya. She is warm, friendly, and fun. She is absolutely lovely and gives very sound advice based on her experience, which made the piercing very enjoyable for me. I would recommend looking for her if you want to get your ears pierced with someone who is caring, kind, and thoughtful.
