Served by Indian Auntie. I wanted to buy a Thule backpack, but unfortunately, it had a defect. She helped me find one from another store and asked another store to send it to Raffles City. She also explained all the benefits and discounts to me. Amazing service!

I visited the Raffles City outlet on 7th December 2024 at around 2 PM. I showed an Asian man wearing black glasses a photo of the luggage we were looking for, and he told us that the only outlet with stock was at Changi City Point. We then traveled to Changi City Point mall, which took about an hour, only for the staff there to inform us that there was no stock available. This was incredibly disappointing, as we wasted over 2 hours (including travel time back home) of our weekend. Not only was this a major inconvenience, but it also caused unnecessary frustration. To prevent similar issues in the future, I would appreciate more accurate stock information and better training for your staff on how to handle such inquiries.

A lovely lady named Anna served me! She was so nice, she helped me find out if the bag I was purchasing was double zip, and even helped me pack my bag at the last minute, as I was leaving straight for the airport right after purchasing it.

Sales lady Anna was so helpful and confirmed that the item I wanted was in another outlet and reserved for me, to ensure I would not make a wasted trip. I was really grateful for her kind gesture.

A nice sales lady served me when I was purchasing these bottles on a Sunday afternoon. Great product with an offer going on as well! I was satisfied with the product but even more so the service!!
