Absolutely shocked by the behaviour at The Boarding Gate, Raffles City. After paying in full, a staff member aggressively reached into my bag, accusing me of not paying, only to realise her POS was out of paper. Going through the bag without consent after being paid, and without any legitimate reason, is unacceptable and rude. Deeply disrespectful, invasive, and completely unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated in Singapore. Won’t return, and wouldn’t recommend this outlet. Zero stars if I could.

Kanchna, aka Anna, is the loveliest sales staff member I have ever met. She gave good advice when I was selecting a wallet. As her store only had the display piece of the wallet I wanted, she patiently called several other stores until a flawless piece was tracked down.

YC, the associate at Raffles City outlet, is most helpful, sincere, and knowledgeable. I was looking to replace my travelling suitcases (1 small, 1 medium). The Echolac in-store promotion was attractive, and the range had the colour that I like. However, the current stock at the store did not have either size in that particular colour. I needed both small and medium sizes. YC assisted me in ordering from another store and personally followed up after CNY to ensure I got both as a set in my favourite colour. I appreciate his efforts to make it happen. Thank you for the experience!

A decent place to buy travel necessities, such as backpacks, suitcases, and some hiking gear. Chin support pillow for a 30-hour flight: Check!

EV is a rare gem in the retail industry. From asking the right questions to providing product demonstrations (like the umbrella), I was able to purchase one that fits my needs. I also purchased a water bottle to support her great customer service. She deserves an award or reward. Thank you so much! :)
