Here's an edited version: Very bad experience at this outlet. Especially when I made the purchase, there was no queue and no other customers at all. So I don't see why my drink was delayed and the person after me got their drink first. One of the staff members appeared to be a trainee, kept needing the help of another female staff member to assist him, and showed no sense of initiative to check the orders when the queue was kind of getting longer. Really very bad service.

Today, around 8 PM, a Chinese lady abused the Indian girl working there by calling her stupid! The staff are sincerely trying to meet all the customers' orders. I hope the management will look into this and protect and defend the staff.

I think the opening time should change to 11am instead of 10am. I arrived at 10:45am and waited until 10:55am. There was a staff member inside, busy cleaning the fruit. As I could see, she didn't have enough time to do mise en place since she was only one person. However, she didn't say anything even though I kept calling out to her. This is quite disappointing, as I stop by here sometimes and order a boost before going to work. Would I come back again? Maybe. I will check which staff is working first before I place an order.

First, the drinks are not healthy. If you are looking for fresh juice, you might have a better chance at a supermarket. Second, service is extremely slow, even with a self-order machine. Three staff yet all moving slowly and gossiping while making drinks. Nothing wrong with it, but it gets frustrating if you stop doing your job. I'm sure you can talk and make drinks at the same time.

Tbh, Boost just sucks now. Don't bother. My watermelon juice was tasteless because it was mostly rind, not fruit. I paid 50 cents more for the less ice option. However, once the ice blended into what was barely any fruit and mostly rind, the result was absolutely tasteless.

Got my drink fast and as expected; not much of a queue. Always great to have boost when it's on discount. No issues with any service.
